4. AI processing

The Service uses artificial intelligence to teach and respond in real time. We do not sell your content, and we instruct our providers to process it only to deliver the Service.

6. Google user data

When you sign in with Google, we receive your basic profile information (name, email address, and profile picture) to create and secure your account. Professo’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use this data solely to provide and improve the Service and never to serve advertising.

7. Data retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account and associated data as described below.

We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
